We recognize the value of your time and do our best to honor your scheduled appointment. Due to emergencies, there are occasions when it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. Emergencies may also cause unavoidable delay in your appointment. We will make every effort to inform you of this as soon as possible, and ask your consideration in these circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please call (502) 897-6579. We ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible so that your time may be given to another patient in need of care.
